Scraper Plants

Bennett Scraper Plants have production capacities up to 45 cubic metres per hour and require little site work preparation and the minimum of concrete footings. These units are ideal for the production of high quality concrete where output needs are moderate but available space is minimal.

Bennett scrapers load from a stockpile located on the ground. Each scraper can retrieve from either of two stockpiles and a maximum of two scrapers can be used per plan.

Features include:

• Low, compact profile
• No bin loading - just dump the aggregate on a prepared site where the scrapers on the rotating arm(s) pick it up
• Loading of the Planetary or Twin Shaft Mixer is by either skip loading hoist or conveyor belt
• Raw material storage capacity can vary between 75 and 300 cubic metres depending on the number and type of scraper unit(s)
